Welcome
to CHATHAM / WORTH SPECIALTIES, INC. I
wanted to write a little about our company and what we do and how we have evolved into a professional
well established organization.
What we do and offer . . .
We are a very young company-small compared to
most, but large in our industry. We have
awesome people that work here - over the years, we have evolved and changed - we now have 9 associates
in the office ready and willing to help. Most have been with the company less than 5 years, but I’m certain that
most will be with us in 10 years! Attracting and attaining happy, productive, efficient, hard working employees is
the #1 professional goal of mine - it’s always a work in progress, but we have the best team in the industry! My
philosophy is that if a company brings in good people, all of the other things will follow. We have just moved into
a 26,000 square foot facility, so are setup to handle any order from a small remodel to a ground up construction.
We are young and energetic and quick to respond to customer’s needs. Our goal is to provide
a professional experience from the point of contact to completion of the project and thereafter - we
strive to make this the best experience that you’ll
have! I’m confident that we can take care of you better than the competition by providing more competitive prices
and great customer service.
Thank you for reading about our site and visiting us - we hope that we can provide
you with a better experience than the other guys. If we’re not taking care of you or if we did and you would
like me to know or if you have suggestions, please email me, the owner, at ben@chathamworth.com. Thank
you for your support.
Meet our Team . . .

President/Owner
I’m originally from Michigan, but I moved to Texas back in ’85, so I’m almost 100% Texan by now! When
I was in college at Austin College in Sherman, Texas, I worked summers for Chatham / Worth Specialties in the warehouse and
out in the field. I had a friend whose father worked for a company called GAMCO (www.gamcousa.com)
and he introduced me to Chatham / Worth Specialties-the father, Mike Marks, actually was one of
the founders of GAMCO-only later did I find that out. So I worked for this small company a couple of summers while in school, graduated and worked
part-time in the office while at SMU getting an MBA in finance. Upon graduation from SMU, I stayed on with Chatham
/ Worth Specialties and worked into a sweat equity position with the company as the Vice President. I was very fortunate
to have a then boss and future partner in Keith Chatham-he envisioned a great future for us and
it has all come to fruition-I owe a lot of my success to Keith.
In February of 2006, the timing worked out for us, and I purchased Chatham / Worth Specialties from Keith. We launched
our direct sales website Stainless Rhino in January of 2008 and moved into our new 26,000 square foot office/warehouse as
well. We have developed a wonderful team at Chatham / Worth Specialties and look forward to a successful future.
Thank you for your support.

Sara Fangmeyer - Office Manager
Go Big Red! Yep, I’m from Nebraska! I was born in Big
Spring, Texas, raised in the flattest state imaginable and then (as the saying goes) I got back here as soon as I could! I
attended the University of Nebraska where I majored in English and minored in Speech Communications. But, as everyone
knows, people don’t necessarily end up working in the field of their degrees. After moving to Dallas, I joined
an accounting firm where I worked as a business bookkeeper. I now have nearly 15 years of accounting experience—so
much for Shakespeare and Dickens! I joined the Chatham/Worth family in 2004 as the Office Manager. I still enjoy
reading; I’m addicted to television and the trappings of pop culture and, of course, I love college football.

Born and raised in DFW
I grew up in your standard Texas neighborhood where people shot intruders and strangers were never welcome. This
has greatly affected my view on the world. This perception was shattered when I went to college at Austin College in
Sherman, Texas. I have been working at Chatham / Worth Specialties since my Sophomore year in college and have been
here ever since. Please help!!!!! I do estimating, project management and whatever is asked of me at Chatham
/ Worth Specialties-I’m a company man!

Brandi Harvey - Assistant Project
Manager/Estimator
I grew up in a small East Texas town smack dab in the middle of the Piney Woods. I graduated high school in 2000
and moved away to go to college.
I came to the DFW area to start my career. I first started working part-time for a graphics design company as an
office clerk. I then moved onto working for a University as a Student Resources Coordinator. After getting
married I moved away to Indiana for about three years and worked for a trucking company in payroll and accounts payable. My
husband and I missed Texas and our families, so we moved back and I began my dream career several
months later with Chatham / Worth Specialties.
I was hired in December of 2005 as our Receptionist, and I have worked my way up to an Inside Sales position. I
love what I do and the young, energetic group of knowledgeable people that I work with. I’m looking forward
to being here for years to come.

- Assistant
I was born in Michigan, however moved to Plano, Texas when
I was 7or 8, so long ago I can not remember. I am married
with two beautiful children, 6 and 10 years old. We still
live in Plano and my children are going to the same schools
I went to. We live the “Everybody Loves Raymond” life. My
parents live about 2 blocks one way and my sister lives 2 blocks
the other way. I love having the family so close. I
started with Chatham/Worth in the beginning of 2008, so we
have only just begun. So far so good, I am really enjoyed
the group here. I have over 13 years of experience as
an Office Manger and Assistant and have worked in several different
industries. I am currently helping out in several different
departments and looking forward to learning what this industry
has to offer

Maria Meza - Receptionist
I was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and have been married for 14 years. I arrived in Dallas with my whole family
at the age of 11 and went to school here. Right now I am a member of Great Community Incienso Vivo at Blessed Sacrament
Catholic Church where I participate and serve in a Music Ministry as a singer and piano player. Before coming to Chatham
/ Worth, I was working for Seib & Brady as a mail clerk and worked there for 8 yrs. Thereafter, I moved on and
applied to Chatham / Worth Specialties for a Receptionist position in February, 2006 and have never
looked back. I have really
enjoyed working for Chatham / Worth Specialties since then, and I hope to continue working here
for the rest of my life!

I'm from the Land of Enchantment.....Hobbs, New Mexico. We are known for our beautiful turquoise jewelry, tasty green
chilies and breath taking sunsets. I loved growing up there; however, I'm happy to be in Texas now!
I am the oldest of two girls. I have a younger sister, Kagan, who is still in high school enjoying the life of a
busy teenager. We both share the love of horseback riding. Wakeboarding, snow skiing, traveling, shopping, and
spending time with friends and family are among my other hobbies. I consider myself very blessed to have such a great
family! My parents have been amazing role models for Kagan and I to look up to. They support us in everything
we do.
After graduating from high school in 2004, I moved to Lubbock, Texas, where I attended Texas Tech University and studied
Public Relations. I pledged Kappa Kappa Gamma my freshman year and made many, many great friends while having the
time of my life! Upon graduating I moved up here to Dallas to fulfill another dream of mine to live with my best friend,
Jordan. She and I have had nothing but fun!
Here I am now working as the Administrative Assistant to the President at Chatham / Worth Specialties. The staff is
great and has welcomed me with open arms. I am excited to see what is in store for all of us! |

Estimator/Project Manager
I am from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula – yes, I
am a true Yooper! This means I grew
up on pasties (the food -a meat and
potato pie– head out of the gutter!),
salt water taffy from Mackinac Island
and also spoke with a strong accent. Click for definition .
Don’t worry, after moving to college and then Texas
I have lost the accent – most of it anyway! I attended
Central Michigan University and graduated
with majors in Marketing and Spanish
and a minor in Psychology. I had no idea what I wanted to
be when I grew up (and still don’t!)
so I studied as many subjects as possible.
After graduation in 1997 I decided winter
was too much to handle so I headed straight for Dallas and
haven’t
looked back. I am however, still a Detroit
Lions fan – someone
has to be! Hey, when you’re 0-16 your future can only
be bright.
I love to run and have trained for several
marathons and half marathons. I have
two boys in elementary school so between
all of their extra curricular activities
and my own, we are a very busy family!
I joined the Chatham / Worth team in
January of 2009 to take on outside sales
and project management. I refuse to
work past the age of 55 so I’m
looking forward to 21 wonderful years
here!
